Artwork — Most of the items we print require vector artwork. Vector art is usually produced using programs such as Adobe Illustrator or Corel Draw. Artwork done in these programs allows us to separate the colors for printing, plus we can enlarge the design and it will retain its smooth lines. If we try to enlarge a jpg too much, the edges of the design will be pixelated and the artwork will not print well. If you have a logo that needs to be changed to vector art, we can convert it for you. We will give you an estimate of the cost prior to converting your artwork. Items that will be digitally printed can be done in 4-color process. Embroidery Digitizing — Our garments are embroidered via computerized embroidery machines. In order to sew your logo, your design must be digitized for use on an embroidery machine. This is different from regular artwork that we use for screen or pad printing. We will digitize your logo or design for you and give you an estimate of the digitizing cost prior to doing the work. Once the digitizing has been completed, the design can be used on future orders. Rush Services — If you have a tight deadline, don’t worry. There are many items that can be produced on a rush basis. We will do everything possible to accommodate you.
